HISTORY
The Finestwine company was created in 1997.
Historically, the unique activity of the company was the online sale of fine and rare wines and old vintages, mostly to private customers abroad. Finestwine has developed a service totally oriented towards its customers and a real expertise in export logistics.
In order to satisfy its Asian customers’ needs, and relying on its know-how, Finestwine has developed a range of Chateaux wines dedicated to Importers in Asia and over the world.
In 2011, Olivier DESGOUILLONS became the new owner and CEO of the company, renamed FIWINE BORDEAUX. Involved in the wine business for many years, he was the General Manager of the main bottling and wine logistics company in the Bordeaux Area.
FIWINE BORDEAUX is now recognized for its know-how in wine selection and for the quality of its service to importers as well as to private people all over the world.
It develops two types of activities:
- Websites dedicated to online selling of wine and spirits
- Traditional wine trade, promoting wines from Bordeaux area with a close partnership with the owners. As for today, this activity is essentially orientated towards Asia.
With an active presence of more than 3 months a year in Asia, Olivier DESGOUILLONS refines his knowledge of the market and his customers’ needs, in order to build efficient and solid partnerships.
